- We always do our best to process your order in the quickest possible time, (usually within 5 working days), but please allow up to 14 days.
- Exchange parts must be in reasonable/rebuildable condition, and complete, unless discussed and agreed prior to order processing.
- In the case of carburettor rebuilds, unless otherwise stated, variables will be set to standard, and as such refurbished item will require setting up/tuning to your vehicle by a competent person
- No responsibility will be accepted by 5004 Preparation for issues or damage to person or property resulting from improper, careless or incompetent fitment, use, setting up or tuning of parts, new, refurbished, or second hand.
- No warranty offered or implied on used/second hand spares, unless otherwise stated.
- Any queries or issues with parts; new, refurbished or second hand must be brought forward upon receipt, and before fitment to discuss a solution.
- In the case of parts being shipped to 5004 Preparation for exchange or refurbishment, it is highly advisable to send these as a tracked, recorded delivery, as no responsibility can be accepted by 5004 Preparation for loss or damage during in carriage
- In the case of bespoke orders of printed or embroidered goods, which are subsequently cancelled after processing, but pre-shipment, a refund equal to the value of carriage only will be offered, minus any merchant (paypal, etc) fees incurred by 5004 Preparation
- In the unlikely case of parts or goods returned due to dissatisfaction with workmanship, carriage costs will be refunded promptly upon confirmation of the fault or issue.
- In the case of goods or parts returned due to change of will after receipt, carriage costs will not be refunded
